POLICIES AND CANCELLATIONS
Please read our policies around payment and cancellations
I love what I do. My energy and emotional healing work is an honor to provide. However, I do have policies in place in the area of cancellation time frames and payment. Please read below before booking with me. Many people do not know that I begin your session days in advance of you seeing me. This time is valuable and irreplaceable. If you cancel at the last minute, I have already done work and put in time. Also I can't replace your booking at the last minute.
Your commitment to get healing work is important and sacred and so is my commitment to giving it.
I require 100% of payment upfront prior to me booking and scheduling a session with you. When you contact me, I will give you payment details on how to pay. I use Venmo or Paypal.
If you need to cancel, YOU MUST DO SO 36 hours in advance of your appointment. If you do not, 50% of the payment you made in advance is charged. The other 50% can be applied to a new rebooked appointment. However if you simply do not show up and do not cancel, 100% of your payment is then nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Illness or other
If you find at the last minute or after 36 hours of your appointment time that you are ill, were exposed to an illness like COVID, or "something came up," I will require 50% of your payment. I will apply the other 50% to a rebooked appointment. We can also shift your appointment to a distance session and work on the illness. If you choose not to rebook, or have a distance session, 100% of your payment is nonrefundable as per the above CANCELLATIONS policy.
I appreciate your understanding. I would not disrespect your time and I ask the same respect in return.
